Fields has had a rocky start to his NFL career, but he has shown a lot of promise. His improvements as a passer were clear during his six starts to begin the 2024 season, but Head Coach Mike Tomlin decided to replace him with Wilson once he became fully healthy. Wilson played well to begin his time with the Steelers, but he ended the season on a bad note as the team lost five consecutive games.
