The Miami Dolphins entered their 2025 rookie minicamp with plenty of excitement surrounding their draft class, but it was an undrafted name who stole the spotlight — edge rusher Mitchell Agude. The former UCLA and Miami Hurricane standout delivered a performance that left coaches and analysts buzzing, showing that sometimes the most impactful players come from the unlikeliest paths.
From the opening whistle, Agude played with a relentless motor and sharp instincts. He was frequently seen bursting off the edge, disrupting passing plays, and making would-be sacks look routine. His explosiveness off the line and ability to shed blocks with quick hand technique set him apart from the pack.
“He just kept popping on tape,” one Dolphins assistant coach remarked. “Every drill, every snap — he was there making noise.”
