This past weekend, the No. 1 OT in the 2026 class and No. 5 overall prospect (according to 247Sports), from Lake Ridge High School in Mansfield, Texas, made his official visit to UT. The result? A recruitment weekend that left both player and program feeling energized.
“Man, the weekend was great. Trevor Goosby was my host,” Ojo told Inside Texas, referencing the Longhorns’ dependable left tackle. “It was good to hang with him because that’s the guy Texas sees me as being next.”
Beyond Goosby, Texas put its star power on display. Intel from Pro Football Network added that Ojo was especially impressed by his conversations with current linemen—Goosby, Andre Cojoe, Nick Brooks—and by hearing their firsthand experiences in Austin.
