The program has once again proven its commitment to academic excellence, placing double-digit student-athletes on the SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll. The SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes who have completed their first academic year with a minimum GPA of 3.0 while also maintaining full-time status and being a member of an SEC-sponsored sport. For LSU Baseball, the recognition of more than 10 players is a strong indicator of the team’s work ethic and discipline beyond the diamond.
