The Michigan Wolverines are building serious momentum on the recruiting trail, climbing into the top 10 of the national recruiting rankings for the 2025 cycle. Head coach Sherrone Moore and his staff have been relentless in their efforts, and the results are beginning to show as Michigan continues to gain ground on college football’s elite programs.
Currently sitting inside the top 10, Michigan’s 2025 class features a strong blend of in-state talent and out-of-region prospects. With double-digit commitments already on board, the Wolverines have addressed several key needs, especially in the trenches and the secondary. Among the highlights of the class so far are 4-star quarterback Carter Smith, standout offensive lineman Josh Hedges, and elite defensive back Malachi Green—all of whom project as future contributors at the Power Five level.
But Michigan isn’t finished yet.
