New Tottenham Nike 2023/24 kit most expensive in Premier League if you want certain shirt

As the Premier League season begins this weekend, Spurs will charge the most price of any of the 20 clubs for their “authentic” shirt this year.

The 23/24 Premier League season will begin on Friday, and supporters will be eager to get their team’s newest uniform.

However, it appears that supporters won’t find much relief when it comes to purchasing uniforms from their club shops because the cost of living crisis continues to be a problem for millions of people. Although junior tops are doing marginally better at an average of 9%, the average price for a regular adult replica top has grown by an average of 12% across the league compared to last season.

Unwelcome news for Spurs fans is that no other group of supporters will pay more to buy their own replica match shirt than those at Tottenham. In contrast to the ‘genuine’ kit, which is the version created to the exact player requirements, which costs an outrageous £125, Spurs charges supporters £80 for a basic adult home shirt.

This year, even the junior replica kit will cost you £60, which is the same price many teams charge for an adult kit. Additionally, this season’s kit costs £5 more than last year’s, an increase of 7% over the previous price.

Tottenham’s rivals in North London, Arsenal, as well as Manchester United and Fulham, all demand £80 for an adult shirt. The ‘genuine’ jersey is offered by United and Manchester City for the same price as the Gunners’ slightly less expensive version, which costs £110.

Other clubs offering ‘authentic’ versions of their kits at higher prices than the standard replica shirt include Liverpool (£114.95), Aston Villa (£115), Wolves (£115) and Crystal Palace (£70). In terms of price increases, Nottingham Forest’s shirts have gone up by £15.50 compared to last year, a rise of 26%, the biggest price jump in the league.

Adult jerseys at Brentford have gone from £49 to £60, a 22% increase, even though they are still among the least expensive. The least expensive Premier League replica shirt this year is offered by Burnley, priced at just £55 for adult sizes.

Following them are Luton Town, a team that was just promoted, who charge £59, followed by Brighton, Brentford, Crystal Palace, and Wolves, who all price £60. Only Chelsea and Sheffield United have not yet made their new uniforms available for purchase in the top division.
