The 2026 college football recruiting cycle is heating up, with several elite programs already locking in commitments from five-star prospects. While the class remains in its early stages, powerhouse programs like Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, and Texas are off to fast starts, already landing future game-changers who could shape the landscape of college football for years to come.

 

Georgia Bulldogs continue their dominance on the recruiting trail, securing commitments from two five-star prospects in the 2026 class. Defensive lineman Malik Thomas, ranked among the top five players nationally, committed to Georgia in June. He joins five-star cornerback Jalen Cross, giving Kirby Smart’s defense another infusion of elite talent.
